I want to change my hotel reservation
If you would like to make a reservation at a different hotel, we recommend that you cancel your reservation first and then make a new reservation. However, the actual refund time may vary depending on the payment company. If you would like to change your hotel reservation, you can do so on the 'Reservation Information' page before the reservation change deadline.
How do I change or cancel my flight ticket?
You can find it at the link in your reservation confirmation email or on the reservation information page.
Information regarding ticket regulations will be provided during the booking process. If you are not sure whether you can change or cancel your booked flight, please contact us by phone, email, or through the customer service chat service on the Trip.com web/mobile app. Some flight tickets cannot be changed or canceled. If you do not have an account, you can check your reservation information on the website using the email address you entered when making a reservation, and request changes or cancellations to your reservation. (Limited to tickets for which changes and cancellations are permitted).
Even for flights where changes are permitted, there may be restrictions on changing flights depending on the airline or ticket provider. Once a change request is received, Trip.com will confirm it and inform you of whether the change is possible and what options you can choose.

How do I use the voucher?
You can check the voucher issuance method, usage regulations, and expiration date through cancellation details in the reservation history on the Trip.com app.
Once the airline or agency confirms your refund request, we will send you an email containing detailed voucher information. Customers can check how to use the voucher and its expiration date directly via email. If you have not yet received an email regarding your voucher, it may be that your voucher is still being issued.
I want to cancel my reservation
The ‘Reservation Cancellation Policy’ can be found on the ‘Reservation Information’ page.
If cancellation of reservation is possible, you can request cancellation by clicking the [Cancel Reservation] button.
If cancellation of a reservation is not possible, a cancellation fee will be displayed on the 'Reservation Information' page.
What is a voucher?
A voucher is a type of refund that the airline issues as a gift certificate after you apply for a refund. A certain amount will be deducted when purchasing a flight ticket on the airline's website within the voucher validity period. You can check the voucher issuance method, usage regulations, and expiration date through the cancellation details in our Trip.com APP reservation history. Voucher transfer requires confirmation from the airline. For further information, such as extending the validity period, please contact the airline directly through the contact information on the airline's website.
What should I do if the flight I booked is canceled or the time changes?
If you would like to request a free change or cancellation, you can change or cancel your flight ticket directly by clicking on the reservation in My Reservation through the APP or Trip.com official website. The results of your application will depend on the results of the airline's review. Once submitted, the application cannot be reversed.
Flight ticket cancellation request: If a full refund is possible according to the refund policy due to change by clicking [Cancel], the cancellation fee will be displayed as 0 won and the refundable amount will be the same as the amount paid at the time of reservation. Please check your submission, request a full refund due to changes, and wait for a confirmation email.
Request to change flight ticket: Click [Change] to select the date and flight you wish to change, and if the change fee is displayed as 'free', the reservation can be changed for free. You can apply for a change after confirming the change date and flight. Trip.com will contact the airline as quickly as possible to confirm your request and notify you of the result via email. Additionally, flight changes due to airline reasons are generally subject to only one free change.
I would like to check the status of my flight cancellation.
Due to the recent impact of the COVID-19 virus, airline reservation cancellation requests have increased rapidly, and refund processing times are taking longer than usual. Trip.com and the airline will do their best to quickly process your cancellation request. Additionally, customers can directly check the cancellation status through [Cancellation Details] in the reservation history. At Trip.com, we will notify you of the result of your cancellation by email immediately after the airline confirms your cancellation request. If the refund has already been completed in [Cancellation Details], but you have not yet received the refund, please check with your credit card company/bank.
Refund method: After the airline confirms the refund method for your flight ticket, if a card refund is provided, the refund amount will be refunded to the customer's payment account. The expected refund time varies depending on the card company/bank. If the refund is via a voucher, you will be notified by email with information regarding the voucher.
