1. Access the ‘E-Mart’ app and go to ‘Coupon’ in the bottom menu. (It is not the SSG app, but the E-Mart app.)

There are two types: ‘2,000 won discount coupon that can be received regardless of level’ and ‘5,000 won discount coupon that only KT VIPs can receive’. 

Coupon precautions are as follows: 

 – E-Mart discount coupons can be issued from the 1st to the last day of every month, and must be used within the month of issuance. 

 – All customer 2,000 won coupons can be issued up to once a month (12 times a year), and VIP Choice 5,000 won coupons can be issued up to once a month (6 times a year). 

 – If you receive a VIP 5,000 won coupon, the VIP choice benefit for the current month will be used, so other benefits (Starbucks, Lotte Cinema, etc.) cannot be used.  

 – Each coupon can be downloaded once a month based on the E-Mart app ID. 

 – All customer coupons can be applied to purchases of 70,000 won or more, and VIP coupons can be applied to purchases of 100,000 won or more. 

 – KT points will be deducted. (2,000 points for all customers, 5,000 points for VIPs)

 – Coupons that are not used within the period after coupon issuance will expire and points cannot be restored. 

 – When canceling payment after using a coupon, the coupon can be restored only before the expiration date. 

 – Books, alcohol (including non-alcoholic), cigarettes, rental stores, cultural centers, gift certificates, pay-as-you-go bags, shopping carts, etc. are excluded from the discount. 

3. Check the desired coupon type, enter your KT membership card number and date of birth, and select 'Issue coupon' to receive a 'KT E-Mart discount coupon'. 

Coupons issued in this way can be used at E-Mart offline stores. (Not available at E-Mart Mall Online, Traders, or E-Mart Everyday)
